All listings are reviewed by our staff.
 
To help us determine whether your home qualifies for a free membership, your listing must include detailed descriptions of your home, your location, and information about yourself.
 
A minimum of 6 photos of the interior and exterior of your home are required.
 
Please include text and photos that clearly show that your home is a Stylish—Chic—Luxury home.
 
Note
To be listed on HomeChicHome.com, your home does not necessarily need to be large or luxurious. A well located loft in a popular tourist destination such as Manhattan may qualify for our free membership as much as a large, stunning villa on the French Riviera.
 
Provide comprehensive information about your home and neighborhood. The more detail you provide, the easier it is to assess whether your home qualifies.
 
Be sure to describe the positive aspects of your home—market your offer—but keep it honest.
 
Upload quality photos. Photos should be large, ideally with a resolution of at least 800 pixels on longest side. (Photos should be in focus and not too dark.)
 
Include photos of the inside and outside of your home and that show your home in the best light (tidy up before snapping away).

You will receive an e-mail indicating whether your listing is approved. Only approved listings are displayed.
